Fernando is an industrial and organizational psychologist with more than 20 years of experience in human resources and learning, with a focus on hospitality and tourism. He has worked in Europe, Latin America and the Middle East, and before founding his own consulting firm in 2020, he was senior director of learning and development at Marriott Hotels International, where he led talent, engagement, wellness and diversity programs.
A specialist in project management and change management, Fernando is also an instructional designer and master trainer, facilitating trainings in insideout coaching, crucial conversations, emotional intelligence, among others, in Spanish and English
